Essentially talks about using the Supera in the CFA.

Legflow is a DCB, like Lutonix.
Ehrin Armstrong favours using an aortic unibody EVAR rather than kissing stents for an occlusive CIA
van den Berg says wallstents were notorious for foreshortening and jumping
Now likes to use Sinus stents. These come in 6F and 10F introducer sizes. Range in diameters from 11 to 14 cm for the aorta.
Uncovered stents, these - direct into the distal aorta, without covering the bifurcatio
Apparently, much better laminar flow throughout the cardiac cycle using an aortic stent based CERAB rather than isolated kissing iliacs
31 month overall FU on a series from 2011-2018 of about 30 popliteal aneurysms treated with a Supera - or two
Often double lined the superas
says complete limb salvage and 85% patency. No ruptures.
Less good for fusiform compared to saccular pop aneurysms.
The 7 mm landing zone diameter is the essential limitation as that is as big as the Superas go
